RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is an approach utilizing cognitive technology including artificial intelligence and machine learning to assist and substitute routine tasks or even sophisticated work that has been considered o be only manageable by humans.
As human labor assistance by virtual workers (Digital Labor) becomes a reality, it is estimated that by 2025 more than 100 million intellectual workers - or one third of intellectual labor worldwide - will be replaced by RPA. Naturally, expectations for artificial intelligence to improve work efficiency and reduce costs are growing accordingly.
However, we are aware of the fact that achieving 100% accuracy in human dominated tasks by relying only on AI is quite a difficult feat. Although 100% accuracy is sometimes possible with simple tasks using a rule-based approach, we have high expectations of AI to learn and improve itself in complicated tasks in which even human workers make mistakes.
The more complicated the task, the more even humans are error-prone. However, it is possible to guarantee the accuracy of the final output by creating a mechanism for mutual check between humans and AI.
We are not trying to pursue perfect results from the beginning. But by introducing a human-like AI incorporating an error level comparable to humans, we try to improve the accuracy and reduce the total cost by gradual “cultivation”.
Research and progress in the field of AI is rapidly evolving every day.
We believe that our business can tackle many problems that humanity has not been able to solve so far and by doing so contribute to the society. We aim to provide innovative services that will bring joy to people from all around the world.
