Implementing a chatbot for a real estate company that automatically sends replies to customers from the company, which has the effect of lowering costs and increasing contract closing percentage.
Case overview
We entered discussions with a real estate company to find out whether interactions with customers could be automated by AI. Automating follow-up emails increases the number of customers while also leading to automated marketing.
Background / Challenges
- It takes time to exchange e-mails with prospective customers.
- There is the possibility of missing out on prospective customers by not being able to reply in a timely manner.
- There is a difference in the quality of replies sent by veteran employees and new employees, and how likely a reply is to lead to a contract closing differs between the two.
